Grass-Fed Half Beef
Our 100% grass-fed half beef will average between 200-250 lbs on the rail (hanging/carcass weight) and will yield approximately 150-200 lbs. of packaged, take-home meat after allowing for dry-aging weight loss and bone reduction. This will take up approximately 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space.The cost for a half beef will be $4.90/lb carcass (hanging) weight + processing and packaging charges, depending on the type of packaging you choose: vacuum or shrink wrap.
